الشروط والأحكام

باستخدامك موقع manaseerdates.com أو طلبك منه، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

المنتجات: تمر مجهول من مزرعتنا في غور الكتار، مفروز حسب وزن الحبّة. قد يختلف شكل الحبّة ولونها قليلاً عن الصور لأنه منتج طبيعي.
الأسعار: بالدينار الأردني، وتشمل التغليف. رسوم التوصيل (إن وُجدت) تظهر عند إتمام الطلب.
الطلب: يُعدّ الطلب مؤكداً بعد استلامك رسالة التأكيد. قد نتصل بك للتحقق منه، ويحق لنا إلغاء أي طلب إذا تعذّر التحقق منه أو نفدت الكمية، دون أن تتحمل أي تكلفة.
الدفع: نقداً عند الاستلام.
التوصيل والاسترجاع: حسب سياسة الشحن وسياسة الاسترجاع المنشورتين على الموقع.
الملكية: صور الموقع ونصوصه وشعار تمور المناصير ملك لنا، ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن.
القانون: تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، ويسري التحديث من تاريخ نشره على الموقع.

By using or ordering from manaseerdates.com, you agree to these terms.

Products: Medjool dates from our farm in the Ghor Al-Katar, graded by the weight of each date. As a natural product, dates may look slightly different from the photos.
Prices: In Jordanian dinars, packaging included. Any delivery fee is shown at checkout.
Orders: An order is confirmed once you receive the confirmation message. We may call you to check it, and we may cancel an order we cannot verify or that is out of stock, at no cost to you.
Payment: Cash on delivery.
Delivery and returns: As set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
Ownership: The photos, text and Manaseer Dates logo on this site are ours and may not be used without permission.
Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
We may update these terms from time to time; changes apply from the date they are posted.
